Mixed feelings on Pothos order

I bought a Pothos and a terracotta pot. The plant itself was healthy and a good size for the price I paid. However, the delivery took 8 days to reach me in Arizona, which felt a bit long for a plant. One leaf was slightly bent, but nothing major. The terracotta pot was lovely, exactly what I wanted. Customer service was quick to reply when I asked about tracking, which was a plus. Overall, a decent experience, but delivery speed could use some improvement.

My new Ficus Lyrata is amazing!

I just received my Ficus Lyrata and it's absolutely gorgeous! It was packed so carefully, no damage at all. The plant is healthy and much bigger than I expected for the price. I even got a nice ceramic pot to go with it. Will definitely be ordering more plants from Urban Jungle, maybe a Sansevieria next. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality plants!

Nah, most plants come in a basic nursery pot, so you'll wanna grab a nice ceramic or terracotta one if you want it to look good. I picked up a Ficus last month and it was just in a black plastic one.

Yeah, what the other person said. They don't usually include decorative pots unless it's a specific 'kit' or something. Definitely budget for a separate planter.

I had a fern arrive a bit squished once, and they replaced it no problem. Just sent them some pics and they were good about it. Pretty easy experience.

Yeah returns were easy, did it last month. My Alocasia looked kinda sad when it got here. They sorted it out quickly after I sent them photos. They seem to pack them well, but sometimes stuff happens.

IKEA might be slightly cheaper for some basic stuff, but Urban Jungle has a way better selection of unique plants and their quality feels more premium. You're paying for the curated selection.

Urban Jungle usually has higher quality, more unique plants than IKEA. IKEA is good for basics, but if you want something a bit special like a specific Calathea or a big Ficus, Urban Jungle is probably better. Prices are a bit higher, but worth it for the variety.

Pretty sure they only ship within Portugal. Their website usually says. Might need to find a local plant shop for that one.

They're a Portuguese company, so I doubt they ship all the way to the US. Your best bet is checking their FAQ for shipping regions, but I'd guess no.
